Inn The Tuarts Guestlodge - Terms and Conditions
Booking and Payment:
Full payment is required prior to the arrival date to secure your booking.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 60 days of the arrival date are non-refundable.
Occupancy Limits:
The maximum occupancy of the property is 25 guests across 10 rooms.
The maximum number of vehicles allowed is 14, which must be parked within the designated parking bays.
Quiet Hours:
Strict quiet hours are enforced between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM to ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbors.
Property Use and Supplies:
Inn The Tuarts Guestlodge is a self-contained property.
Guests are provided with limited supplies (such as toiletries and basic provisions) sufficient for one day. Additional supplies must be arranged by the guests.
Guest Responsibilities:
Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the property during their stay.
Any damages or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.
Compliance with Rules:
Guests must comply with all property rules and guidelines outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
Non-compliance may result in termination of the stay without refund.
Liability:
The property owners are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the stay.
Lost Property:
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
Any items left behind will be held for 60 days, after which they will be disposed of or donated to charity.
